Most of our courses are free or heavily subsidised for eligible candidates because they run under government schemes such as PMKVY, DDU-GKY and state skill missions. A few specialised or online courses carry a small fee. Message us with your details and we'll confirm exactly what applies to you.
Eligibility varies by course, but most job-role programmes are open to candidates who are 8th to 12th pass, typically aged 18 and above. Some trades have a minimum of 10th pass. Our counsellors will help you find a course that matches your education and interest.
On passing your assessment you receive a co-branded NCVET / NSDC certificate along with a Mahendra Skills (MSTDPL) certificate — recognised by employers across India. Online courses through our IID partnership carry MSME-recognised EDP certificates.
We provide strong placement support — interviews and job drives with partners like BigBasket, Flipkart, Amazon, Zomato, Tata and more, plus self-employment guidance. We don't make a blanket 100% guarantee: across our programmes around 57% of certified candidates have been placed (1,14,928 placed to date).
